Who Are We?
Our founder, Iain Schmidt, believes we all have the tools to overcome any obstacle to transformation and growth.
He works holistically in partnership with each client, taking time to understand what makes them unique before drawing out their strengths and using them to address any performance-limiting behaviours and barriers to success.
Iain has over 550 hours of coaching experience, working with over 200 senior executives, middle management, frontline managers, and individual contributors.
He uses a strengths-based coaching method to facilitate increased self-leadership and emotional intelligence, the foundations for exceptional leaders who inspire others to be their best.
